One process, from collection to the destination port

We manage the whole supply chain, from collection at US facilities to delivery at the destination port, so suppliers get paid on time and buyers receive what they ordered.

Our team works with shipping lines, freight forwarders and inspection agencies to move material efficiently and in line with US export rules and the import requirements of each destination country.

Every shipment gets the same treatment: clear specs, transparent pricing and complete documentation.

Why RPS

A seamless, end-to-end trading experience

Selling scrap abroad usually means juggling a broker, a forwarder, a customs agent and an inspector. We carry all four so you deal with one counterparty and one invoice.

  • Logistics we control

Trucking, container bookings, drayage and port delivery arranged by us. One schedule from the yard gate to the destination berth.

  • Documentation done right

AES filings, Schedule B classification, certificates of origin and bills of lading prepared correctly the first time, so cargo is not held at either end.

  • Global buyer network

Mills, smelters and recyclers across Asia, the Middle East, Latin America and Europe — matched to the grade you actually have.

  • Specs agreed in writing

Grade, moisture, prohibitives and packing fixed in the contract before loading, with inspection and photos on every container.

  • One point of contact

The same person handles your pricing, booking, paperwork and settlement. No handoffs between desks, no chasing an inbox.

  • Put it to work on your next load.

Destination markets

Where our material goes

US recyclables feed mills and smelters on four continents, and each market takes a different mix of grades under different import rules. We book into the lanes that suit the material rather than pushing every load down the same route.

Compliance

The rules are the easy part to get wrong

A mis-declared grade, a late AES filing or a destination permit that lapsed last quarter will cost more than any price you negotiated. We check all of it before a container is booked — ReMA grading, US export filing, Basel Convention requirements, denied-party screening and pre-load inspection.

How we stay compliant
  • ReMA grading specifications
  • AES export filing
  • Basel Convention plastic rules
  • OFAC and BIS screening
  • Inspection and photos on every container
